MurMur Global Terms of Service

MurMur provides speech-to-text and AI cleanup. Some capabilities run locally; others require cloud processing.

MurMur offers Free and paid Pro plans. Products, feature allowances, and regional availability are shown in the app, store, or secure checkout used for the purchase. Cross-device cloud sync is not currently offered.

Use an email you control and protect your sign-in codes, credentials, and devices. Do not transfer an account, bypass security or allowances, misuse the service, or infringe another person's rights.

You must not use MurMur’s AI cleanup feature to generate pornographic, sexually explicit, adult, or NSFW (not safe for work) content.

You may stop using MurMur and register an account-deletion request through the Web account-deletion page. After submission, we will process and delete the account within seven business days.

Automated transcription and AI output can be wrong. Check names, numbers, dates, negations, and other important facts before sending, publishing, or relying on output.

Features, capacity, and allowances may change. Maintenance, security, compliance, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt service.

You keep the rights you have in content you submit and grant us only the permission needed to provide the feature you selected.

MurMur software, interface, brand, and materials belong to the operator or its licensors. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit them beyond normal authorized use.

MurMur Pro may be purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Creem. The price, billing period, and tax shown by that channel when you confirm the purchase control the transaction.

A subscription starts billing immediately and will auto-renew and charge on the schedule shown by the provider until you cancel under that provider's rules. Cancellation normally stops a future renewal; it is not itself a refund, and access may continue until the recorded period end.

Uninstalling MurMur, stopping use, or deleting your MurMur account does not cancel an external subscription. Manage or cancel it separately through the original provider. Request refunds through that provider first, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Other liability is limited only to the extent allowed by the mandatory law that applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without taking away mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute informally.

For a legal succession such as a merger, division, or dissolution, we will identify the successor and effective date. A separate business or asset transfer will disclose the recipient, purpose, method, and data categories and obtain consent where required. Before it takes effect, you may stop cloud services, export applicable data, or delete the account.
